The poster authors will also be requested to present their current most significant challenge and proposed solution(s). The Poster Forum will be held on Wednesday evening, 6:00 p.m., October 23rdduring the ALMA cocktail reception to foster knowledge sharing in a relaxed atmosphere. This is an excellent opportunity for you to help drive the conference agenda, learn from the best of today’s laboratory managers and enjoy the beautiful weather and activities in Orlando, FL.
The two-section posters should include:
Section 1: Primary Managerial Accomplishment
Examples include, but are not limited to, most impactful best practice initiated, capabilities built, efficiencies achieved or productivity gained. In essence, what change have you made that provided the most positive impact to your laboratory? Additional examples include the use of insourcing or outsourcing, fee for service initiatives, single source instrument service contracts, automated sample preparation, etc.
