We are unable to give a refund for conference tickets.  However, they are transferable.  If you have a coworker who is able to attend in your place, please contact us here and we will gladly help you transfer your ticket.

Yes, we provide a continental breakfast each morning.  Snacks are available throughout the day and lunch is included on Tuesday and Wednesday.  There is an opening reception on Tuesday evening where drinks and snacks will be served.  A buffet dinner is included on Wednesday evening.

The Friday Conference Center is in the Central Piedmont section of North Carolina, near the state capital, three major universities, the Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), and the Research Triangle Park.

The Conference Center has parking for 500 vehicles as well as additional space for charter buses. The Center is served by both public and private transportation services. Several bus routes of the Chapel Hill Transit system serve the Friday Center area.

Yes, parking is available and free for attendees.  A parking permit is required and will be emailed to attendees just prior to the conference.

It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to the US. This letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit ALMA to assist you in obtaining a visa. The Association of Laboratory Managers (ALMA) 44th Annual Conference will not pay any expenses incurred by you. We cannot send the letter to the embassy or consulate for you, nor can ALMA contact the embassy or consulate on your behalf.
