As one of our Laboratory Managers, you will inspire our employees to perform at their fullest potential, by helping them understand the importance of collaboration and team building, and improving the moral of those around them by having a contagious attitude!  The Laboratory Manager serves as a key member of the laboratory leadership team by assisting the Administrative Director and Medical Director with strategic planning, equipment evaluation, test menu assessment, capital & space planning as well as serving alongside peers on hospital committees devoted to both process improvement and improved patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Medical Technology with
Minimum Years of Experience: 5 Years of supervisory experience required in line management within an acute care hospital laboratory or equivalent experience at LMC
Substitutable Education & Experience: None.
Required Certifications/Licensure: None.
Required Training: Experience, concentration, and/or specialization in a specific area of medical technology
